 Born to French and Spanish/Filipino parents, Monique was raised in the Philippines. As a child, Monique was very influenced by her mother's glamorous sense of style and was exposed to the importance of style as the family traveled extensively. While at boarding school in Lausanne, Switzerland she decided to pursue her dreams of becoming a designer. She moved to Los Angeles to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
In 1996, Monique launched her first bridal collection, which was very well received by retailers and magazine editors. She won the 2001 Glamorous Bridal Designer Award, the 2002 Avant Garde Bridal Designer Award and the 2003 Designer of the Year Award from Wedding Dresses Magazine and the bridal industry members.
Her dresses appear at high profile weddings and red carpet events, worn by such style icons as Reese Witherspoon, Katie Holmes, Angelina Jolie and Eva Longoria.

From the Monique Lhuillier for Royal Doulton range we run Atelier, Etoile Platinum and Femme Fatale bone china dinnerware, which can be mix and matched or sold individually. Made in the UK. Also the elegant Atelier crystal stemware and giftware, which is 24% lead crystal in superb boxing. The stemware is packaged in pairs, giftware singly.
